宋圭武观点40：时时处处积累善是人生最优的选择

人生应时时处处注意积累善，应是人生的最优选择。

造命者天，立命者我。造命者天，是指大自然万物的循环具有因果关系，这是大自然的铁律，没有任何事物能够抗衡。这里命本质是指因果关系。立命者我，是指人有选择的意志自由。是种瓜，还是种豆，人可以自由选择。但种瓜必然得瓜，种豆必然得豆，这就是自己给自己立的命。《诗经·大雅·文王》：“永言配命，自求多福。”《论语·述而》：“求仁而得仁，又何怨。”

既然因果关系是大自然的铁律，也即命由天定，但因果关系也决定了福必须自己求。如此，从人生的整体过程看，力行善事，广积阴德，将是人生最优的选择，也是自己福报最大化的必然途径。《三国志·蜀书·先主传》：“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”。《礼记·中庸》：“诚之者，择善而固执之者也。”

这里要注意，观察人生的因果关系，决不能只看短期，要立足长期，要多看几代。因为大自然的平衡都是在动态中实现的，所以因果关系也必然是在动态中实现平衡的。

一方面，人要正确面对痛苦。因为你现在承受的痛苦，很可能是你在为前辈还债。或者是有人给你制造了痛苦，但给你制造痛苦的人，他后面的人，或者他本人，必然要承受代价。

另一方面，人也要正确面对福报。因为你现在享受的福，很可能是你的前辈努力的结果。你不应沾沾自喜，还是要努力积善，这既是为了当下的自己，也是为了你和你的孩子有一个更好的将来。易曰：积善之家，必有余庆。

《尚书·太甲（中）》：“天作孽，犹可违；自作孽，不可活。”一个人，如果大自然亏待了你，大自然将来一定会补偿你，因为大自然不可能违背自己的因果规律。但如果自己不努力，必然要受到惩罚，原因也是大自然不可能违背自己的因果规律。

所以，人生一辈子，不要短期计较一时一地的得失，一切大自然自有安排，一切都是最好的安排。人生最要紧的，是时时处处积累善，这是人生最优的选择。

如何积累善，要努力做到敬天爱人爱万物。敬天，对大自然要有敬畏意识，尤其对因果要有敬畏意识。爱人，要己所不欲，勿施于人，要富含同情心，要满溢仁爱之心。爱万物，一是对万物的生产要坚持自然本性原则，二是对万物的消费要坚持节俭原则和最小痛苦原则。比如，养鸡，应按鸡喜欢的方式来饲养，消费鸡，应是能吃一只鸡，就杀一只鸡，不要再过度伤害鸡的生命，而且宰杀的方式应尽可能使鸡痛苦最小化。
